since your birthday fell on a Wednesday this year and you didn’t go to school I brought your cupcakes in the school today your teachers sent me a video of them singing you happy birthday while you and your classmates had your cupcakes you had this little crown on that they gave you that they made and you look super cute they send another video of you later in the day he still had your crown on when I came to pick you up they said that you didn’t want to take it off and they had to take it off you when you went outside to play but otherwise I’m assuming you probably would have worn it all day

I made a mistake today. You are upset but you had really sticky hands and I tried to get you to climb on your step stool and wash your hands and all you wanted was for me to pick you up and for about 10 minutes I just kept on saying for you to wash your hands and I kept trying to put you on your step stool and you just kept on asking for me to pick you up and I didn’t and I finally just held you and put your hands under the water and I use the soap and it cleans your hands and you cried to the whole thing and then I tried your hands and then I realized what a mistake I made I apologized over and over again but I still feel guilty and I’m so sorry I don’t know why I did that I shouldn’t have made such a big deal out of it as I told you sometimes you just are so independent that I forget just how little you are you don’t understand everything you just need me to pick you up and I’m sorry I didn’t.
